THE SELF GUIDED METHODThe Sayra C Method: A Self-Guided Divorce Recovery Program
48 pages. Five modules. Eight weeks. Written by Sayra Besner, LCSW. Instant download, $107.
You already understand your situation. You can explain what went wrong, in order, with dates. Understanding it has not helped.
What you don't have is a sequence. That's what this is.

WHAT'S INSIDEFive modules, in the order that works
BEGIN HERE
A letter from me. My story in full, unflattering detail. And a pacing guide, so you don't sprint this and call yourself healed.
01
WHO YOU ARE NOW
An honest audit of the woman in the mirror. Strengths you dismiss, patterns you're tired of, and the story you keep telling yourself that might not be true.
02
WHAT YOU INHERITED, WHAT YOU CHOOSE
Values you were handed versus values you pick. Generational patterns, your triggers, and the red flags of you.
03
WALK IT LIKE YOU TALK IT
Values turned into behavior. A joy inventory, because joy is data. And an eviction notice for imposter syndrome.
04
DATE LIKE YOU MEAN IT
Your four lists. The mirror check. The FaceTime Rule. And getting off the couch, with actual numbers.
05
TRUST THE PROCESS
Self-compassion, timing, and your promise to yourself, signed and dated. Plus a closing letter from me.
06
FOR THE DAYS IN BETWEEN
Thirty days of affirmations. Zero Pinterest energy. One a day, including the days you don't believe a word of it.
THE PAGEEight weeks, because the work happens in the days between the pages

BEING STRAIGHT WITH YOUWhat this is, and what it isn't
IT IS
A structured, clinically informed program you work through on your own, written by a licensed clinical social worker who has been doing this since 2007 and who went through her own divorce with no roadmap.
IT ISN’T
Therapy, or a substitute for it. No session, no feedback on your answers, nobody reading what you write. It also isn't a twelve-step countdown to your best self or a promise you'll feel better in thirty days.
A single session with me is $250. The women who most need this sequence are often the ones who can't commit to that yet. $107, yours to keep and redo every time life changes shape.
BEFORE YOU BUYQuestions people ask before they get the Method
-
No. It was built for divorce, and it works for any version of a life that ended without your permission: a long relationship, a job that was your identity, a plan that fell through. If you're rebuilding who you are after something ended, this applies.
-
Books give you information, and information was never the problem. This is structured work with an order to it, worksheets that require an actual answer, and a pace that stops you from consuming it in a weekend and forgetting it by Thursday. It's the sequence I use with clients, not a set of ideas about divorce.
-
They do different things. The Method is the sequence on your own, at your pace, for $107. Therapy is the sequence with someone watching for the part you skip, which is usually the part that matters. If you can do both, do both. If you can only do one right now, start with this and know that the door to the other one stays open.
-
Yes, and plenty of people do. Bring the worksheets to your sessions if that's useful, and tell your therapist you're working through it. It's built to stand alone and it works fine alongside.
-
Not yet. This one is written to women throughout, including the affirmations, and I'd rather say so than take your money for something written for someone else. If you're a man working through a divorce, start here instead.
-
Then you start again when you can. It's built to be re-entered, not completed once. The pacing guide exists specifically because people buy programs, sprint through them in one weekend, and never open them again. There's no expiry and no login to lose.
ONE DECISIONYou already did the hardest part, which was deciding you were done living like this.
